We worked with the senior leadership team at the bank during the credit crunch to ensure that it was never tainted by the issues affecting its top four competitors.
We worked together with the internal team to create a series of reports that demonstrated that it was still lending and “open for business”. This entailed profiling the types of business to which it was lending. We developed internal and external communications positioning working with the new global head of the commercial bank. We created a series of thought leadership reports positioning the bank as the leading expert on world trade. We have also provided specialised media training and messaging for more than 50 of the bank’s senior executives.
