London Luton Airport

When London Luton Airport produced a plan to increase passenger capacity by 90 per cent, Four mounted a stakeholder engagement campaign to bring the local and neighbouring communities, local and national politicians, travel and aviation trade partners and the press on side.

The campaign researched and developed positive messages about impact on local infrastructure, improved user experience, job creation, environmental considerations and relevance to national aviation issues.

The result was widespread positive national, regional and broadcast coverage, positive feedback from public consultation and strong support for the proposals.
