Business leaders, entrepreneurs and royalty were welcomed to Lancaster House in London in September for the launch of the International Business Festival 2018. The festival, which is a client of Four Business & Corporate and was managed by Four Colman Getty's events team, aims to help UK small businesses and entrepreneurs scale up and reach their potential.
The highlight of the evening was the announcement made by His Royal Highness The Duke of Cambridge confirming he will be the patron of the festival. He also made a speech in support of UK small businesses, citing their drive and ingenuity. Organisations represented on the night included British Airways, Innovate UK and The Federation of Small Businesses as well as key industry figures and Festival ambassadors such as Jude Kelly CBE, the Southbank Centre’s artistic director, and fashion designer Wayne Hemingway MBE.
Forty pieces of media coverage were secured for the launch including The Times, The Daily Telegraph and the Daily Mail.
