A client since 2008, Winkworth briefed Four in March 2013 on an ambitious national campaign aimed at raising its corporate profile in the UK and internationally.
Four’s campaign consisted of distinctive ad formats appearing in pan-regional, national and local publications during key periods in the property market. The campaign also included highly targeted digital display activity and as a fleet of London taxis (a media route which not many estate agents opted for….but since the campaign, is a route that many estate agents seem to be adopting!).
The campaign delivered strong results, which was measured against a number of goals (chiefly, valuation requests).
