Four’s Gulf team opened LEGOLAND® Dubai, part of the largest integrated theme park destination in the Middle East – Dubai Parks and Resorts, to around 100 media and bloggers on 31 October 2016.
The Park’s launch generated blanket coverage across the GCC, as well as in the world’s biggest media outlets including the UK’s Independent, Mirror and DailyMail, and the USA’s Fox News, New York Times and Yahoo! Coverage also appeared in Canada, Australia, New Zealand, China, Pakistan, Indonesia, South Africa and India.
24 interviews were conducted with LEGOLAND Dubai spokespeople at the launch event, including 13 broadcast interviews with the likes of Sky News Arabia, Reuters TV, Dubai TV, AP and Dubai Eye.
The official opening was the culmination of an 18 month excitement and awareness-building campaign, which has seen Four regularly secure regional and international coverage with key milestone announcements, events, locally-engaging stunts, exclusives, previews and engaging content.
