A client for over 10 years, we were part of the strategic communications team, working closely with the Head of Comms, that developed the brand strategy to position John Lewis as a household name and the bell weather of UK retail. 

Our campaigns have included launching Somerset by Alice Temperley, the fastest -selling brand in John Lewis History, launching their new Stratford flagship ahead of London 2012, re-launching the beauty hall on Oxford Street following multi-million pound investment and more recently telling the story of the brand’s 150th anniversary to UK and international audiences.

Our approach helped to deliver compelling reasons for new and existing customers to go in-store and shop online, delivering major brand profile to drive domestic and tourist spend.
