Branding and identity for 58 and 59 Myddelton Square

G&T London

Four was appointed by G&T London to create branding and an identity for two restored Georgian houses in Islington.

We designed all marketing materials, including individual brochures for each house. We planned and bought a media campaign which ran in both local and national press and achieved editorial coverage across a number of titles. A successful event with signature G&T cocktails was organised for the launch.

58 Myddelton Square achieved record pricing and is currently the most expensive single house ever sold in the area. The smaller of the two houses, 59 Myddelton Square, attained high capital value, selling at nearly five times the price of the average home in Islington.
