John joined Four Communications as Group Creative Director in January 2016, following the acquisition of the senior management team at Diamond Conspiracy.
John’s advertising career started in Africa where he worked on many international brands and earned many awards. Following this he returned to McCanns in London and subsequently enjoyed creative direction roles at FCB, Bozell, Pentamark and BBDO.
John’s creative leadership spans right across the media spectrum, from international advertising campaigns for Chrysler, Jeep, American Express Gold Card and The Famous Grouse, to the rebranding of The Ritz London and Browning’s hand made shotguns.
His skills in both art direction and copywriting bring senior experience to the creative and design practice at Four.
