Four were commissioned by Greystar to brand the future of student living. With over 4,400 rooms in seven zone 1 and 2 London locations to lease mid-cycle, Greystar asked Four to create and implement a brand and marketing strategy for its portfolio of central London properties offering student accommodation.
Upper Longcross is the pioneering residential phase of Crest Nicholson’s landmark garden village development in Surrey. Spanning over 300 acres and comprising commercial, residential, office and retail space, the site also has its own train station with a direct link to London Waterloo. Four were tasked with creating a brand identity and launching the first phase of the project, 108 new homes including houses and apartments, from 2 to 5 bed properties.
Four launched The Featherstone to market in mid-2017, located near Old Street and City Road it was important the brand was impactful, had personality and stood out from nearby competitor sites. Working closely with Savills & Southern Housing Group, Four created the print and digital marketing collateral for all private and shared ownership apartments, including the brochures, hoarding, CGIs, website, films, and print and digital advertising.
Four were appointed as the creative, media & PR agency for Kilburn Quarter, a collection of apartments located in the heart of the South Kilburn regeneration. Four’s creative and marketing teams produced a suite of branded collateral for the pre-launch and launch of this new scheme, working closely with both the clients and the architects. As well as printed collateral, Four designed and built a development website and created a series of films which focus on the vision of Kilburn Quarter as well as the South Kilburn regeneration.
Four were appointed by Meyer Homes to create a unique brand and identity for a new development on Fulham High Street comprising 42 apartments and ten townhouses. The brief was to create marketing collateral that stood out from the local competition yet reflected the historic background of the site. Four designed a full suite of print and digital marketing materials, working closely with Four media and the appointed sales agents, to build a database of interested parties for the main launch of the site.
