We work to help clients research corporate reputation, develop key messages, identify the hierarchy of stakeholders crucial to their communication, handle media relations and stakeholder programmes and give client managers training in how to deal with the media. We also develop, implement and test crisis management plans for companies operating in sectors where reaction time is critical.
