Founded in 1998, the Eatonfield Group plc has expanded rapidly becoming a successful property developer, with a track record in identifying, acquiring and adding value to property development opportunities on both greenfield and brownfield sites within the commercial and residential sectors.
Objective
Eatonfield Developments wanted to bring forward a large scale residential led development through the promotion of a master-plan for the site. There had been minimal contact with local politicians, groups and other important stakeholders until Four North became involved.
Solution
Four North developed and implemented a comprehensive stakeholder engagement programme, helping Eatonfield identify those they should engage with as well as how and when to engage. The programme was delivered by organising a series of public exhibitions, one-to-one briefings and group presentations over an agreed period of time and co-ordinated with planning consultants Knight Frank in line with the planning process timeframe.
