This week saw the launch of Four Property PR client London Square’s exciting new development, The Star and Garter on Richmond Hill, which dates from the early 18th century when a small inn was established on the site.
The view from The Star and Garter, sweeping down over the Thames, is considered so beautiful it’s the only one in England protected by an Act of Parliament, and has been captured and immortalised by Turner and other artists and writers.
The Grade II listed building has been converted into 86 apartments, and has attracted phenomenal interest from buyers. Four organised a number of journalist preview events in the past fortnight, with coverage highlights including The Times Bricks & Mortar and Evening Standard.
One Luxury Marketing also produced a film of The Star and Garter and handled the creative for the two exclusive colonnade apartments’ brochures.
