Four Communications handles the PR, marketing and media buying for Limassol Marina, Cyprus’s biggest and most ambitious infrastructure project which was officially opened last month by Nicos Anastasiades, the President of Cyprus.
This longstanding client of Four's for over five years had its official London launch on 10 July, organised at Four in the newly refurbished Hotel Café Royal. Attended by key stakeholders, potential customers and press, the event was a resounding success resulting in publicity across a number of different publications.
Limassol Marina is the first superyacht marina in Cyprus, offering 650 berths for yachts up to 115m, 162 luxury apartments and 74 exclusive villas with private berths or direct access to the beach. It also benefits from a listed building which houses a marine training school and cultural centre for events and exhibitions throughout the year. Reflecting the global nature of the project, the developer, Cybarco, brought the project to London last week to officially introduce it to UK and London-based buyers and investors. The new state-of-the-art project will place Cyprus on the map, attracting visitors and investment. The €350 million project has stood firm and has gone some way to improving the Cypriot economy.
