Four's 2010 '˜Make Me Your Grad' day breaks application records

London, 23 April 2010: Four Communications is today holding its fifth graduate selection day – by far the most competitive to date. The leading communication agency’s graduate scheme is one of the best-regarded in the industry, and this year received more than 750 applications – a five-fold increase on the number it received when the scheme started in 2006.
The 24 finalists invited to the selection day will go through a series of challenges during covering everything from social media, public speaking and presentation skills to writing, cultural and political awareness and an ‘Apprentice-style’ team task. All that as well as a full day of networking and interviews.
Four’s graduate scheme is one of the most integrated in the industry – with jobs on offer across traditional PR and Public Affairs as well as our Digital, Social Media, Sponsorship and Marketing teams; and in our Dubai and Abu Dhabi offices as well as in London. . 
Since the scheme started in 2006, Four has hired 32 graduates across its PR, Public Affairs, Sports, Arts & Sponsorship, Digital, Media and Marketing practices. 
Those who joined the company over the last few years have gone on to become some of its most successful employees – playing crucial roles in setting up offices, running new practices, spearheading Digital growth as well as managing work for clients from Sony PlayStation and HSBC to the 2011 Census and the Abu Dhabi Music and Arts Foundation.
