Four wins Mr Men account

1 April 2007: Four Communications has been appointed by Chorion to handle the trade and consumer PR for the Mr Men brand in 2007. As well as an ongoing media relations programme the core part of the work will be to launch the new Mr Men TV Show which will be the first animated sketch comedy series for young children.

Speaking on the appointment Emma Craddock said: "Winning the Mr Men account is a real coup for our consumer division and testament to our experience in the toy and licensing sector. The Mr Men characters bring with them many great PR opportunities and I am sure we'll have lots of fun throughout the year gaining them profile ahead of their return back to TV screens in early 2008."
The original Mr. Men and Little Miss books were created in the 1970s by British author Roger Hargreaves and continue to achieve high book sales with five million copies being sold worldwide every year.
