Four Sports, Arts & Sponsorship expands team

8 August 2007: Four Sports, Arts & Sponsorship has appointed Elizabeth Dawson as Account Director to further develop the arts and corporate sponsor portfolio. With more than seven years of PR consultancy and in-house experience, Dawson joins from Idea Generation and will be reporting into Rachel Clarke, Head of Arts. At Idea Generation Dawson directed projects for a variety of arts and cultural clients including Manchester International Festival, Institute of Contemporary Arts, decibel Performing Arts Showcase, the Belgrade Theatre and Brand Events. She has also worked in Australia as the Communications Manager of Sydney Harbour Foreshore Authority where she managed the local, domestic and international PR for the iconic Sydney tourism precincts of The Rocks and Darling Harbour. Her corporate sponsorship experience includes the communications around Sydney Harbour Foreshore Authority's partnership with Sydney Festival and technology company AMD's sponsorship of the Ferrari Formula One team at the Melbourne Grand Prix. Head of Arts, Rachel Clarke said: "Elizabeth is an experienced practitioner with a diverse background in the arts and corporate sectors and is well placed to contribute to our growing team and client portfolio".
