Four Communications has once again achieved the coveted Investors In People (IIP) award, the UK’s leading people management standard. Four first received IIP status on its first attempt in 2006, since which it has grown to more than 130 people.
The certification covers all Four’s offices: London, Liverpool, Abu Dhabi and Dubai. It recognises the investment made in hiring and keeping the best people in the industry, a key part of Four’s strategy for growth, as well as the company’s continued dedication to our graduate recruitment and training programmes and to the continued professional development (CPD) of our staff.
