Four Public Affairs secures planning consent for redevelopments in the City of Westminster

You’d be forgiven for not getting much sight of the Four Public Affairs team this month. They’ve been busy successfully securing 13 permissions for large redevelopments throughout the City of Westminster.

The results of their efforts will provide a whopping 20,000 square meters of central London commercial space and 265 new homes with a total of 850 new bedrooms.

In addition, one of the developments at 15 Lancelot Place, is rumoured to be in the running for the RIBA Stirling Prize – the UK’s most prestigious architecture prize.
