Marking a great year for one of the UK’s fastest growing sponsorship practices, Four’s Sports, Arts & Sponsorship business has been shortlisted for Sponsorship Consultancy of the Year in the prestigious 2010 Hollis Sponsorship Awards.
Established in March 2005, the team’s fifth anniversary month will coincide with the March 9awards ceremony. In the practice’s relatively short history, it has already seen entry into the elite top ten in Marketing magazine’s sponsorship league table as well as a host of other awards including Hollis and SABRE awards for individual client campaigns, the Sports Industry Award for best use of PR in a sports campaign in 2008.
Alun James, UK Chief Executive, Four Communications Group, who set up the Sports, Arts & Sponsorship practice in 2005, said:
“We are obviously extremely pleased to have made such a prestigious shortlist for the second year running. Our extremely dedicated team delivers fantastic results across the sports and cultural sectors and beyond, and this is a well-deserved recognition of their work during 2009.
“In a difficult year for the international economy, we are pleased to note that the quality of our work and the strong relationships we have built with our clients has seen us continue to grow and prosper through into 2010.”
The Hollis Sponsorship Awards are the premier accolade in UK sponsorship. Created in the early 1990s, the awards are presided over by a panel of 22 leading industry judges, and attract an increasing number of entries each year.
