Four officially opened its 2010 graduate scheme today, marking the scheme’s fifth year. Previous years have seen a total of 35 graduates hired across the company, from PR to Digital, in London, Dubai and Abu Dhabi.
The scheme, which has been highly commended as part of Four’s Investors in People certification, is designed to find the brightest and most creative graduates, and regularly receives more than 500 applications a year. All candidates are assessed on their CVs, covering letters, and a written ‘thought piece’. This year, questions range from compulsory voting and the 2012 Olympics to reality TV and social media.
The thirty best applicants then go through to a full day of challenges and interviews as part of the Graduate Day, testing their communications, writing and presentation skills, cultural and political awareness, technical prowess and ability to work under pressure.
More information on our graduate scheme can be found here. The deadline for this year’s applications is Saturday 30 January 2010.
