Four gains prestigious accreditation from Investors in People

10th October 2006: Four has been officially recognised for the way in which we look after our greatest asset – our staff – by gaining accreditation from Investors in People. Four joined that small band of agencies who have reached the Investors in People Standard at the beginning of this month, following a two day assessment when more than 20 members of the team were interviewed at random. Almost exactly five years after the agency was formed by a small group of founding partners, Four has grown to almost 120 employees today, with offices in London, Liverpool, Bahrain and Dubai.

During this phenomenal period of growth in the business, Four has never strayed from its original principles, and chief executive Nan Williams, said:

"Right from the beginning we made our people our number one priority, so it is absolutely tremendous that, five years later, and now operating internationally and at a much higher level, our own standards are still seen as being among the best in the business."

"Gaining the IIP Standard, for us, affirms everything we believe in and have been practising for the past five years."

The IIP Recognition Panel, meeting last week, congratulating Four, said it was unusual for a company to meet the standard at the first time of being assessed and during such a tremendous period of growth. The Panel said they were particularly impressed with the evidence of staff at all levels, that they shared the same understanding as management as to what was required of them in the business.
