Four Communications invites artists for its fourth Leicester Square exhibition

Following on from three successful exhibitions, Four Arts is seeking an artist for its Autumn 2011 show in its London offices.

These exhibitions provide a great opportunity for emerging artists to raise their profile in the arts world and sell pieces commission free.

Artists are encouraged to submit a portfolio of images showcasing a selection of work that would make up the show. The brief is broad from photography to illustration, to oil painting and mixed media. The ideal artist would be able to exhibit ten to twenty wall mountable works that both suit the office environment and are respectful of the diverse clients and staff that pass through the space.

Rachel Clarke, Head of Arts, said; “Four has a reputation of working with leading arts organisations and cultural sponsors, and through our exhibition series here in our offices we have been able to provide a successful platform for emerging artists.  In fact our very first artist, Patrick Simkins, has recently been appointed as an official Storyteller for the London 2012 Olympics.

“The reaction from both visitors and staff for our previous three shows has been extraordinarily positive and we look forward to welcoming a new artist and their work into our offices in September.”

The deadline for submission of portfolios is Wednesday 10th August 2011.  For more information and full details of the brief, please contact Emily Alexander on emily.alexander@fourcommunications.com.
