Four Colman Getty promote the best in British craft for Jerwood Charitable Foundation

Four Colman Getty has been managing the publicity for Jerwood Makers Open, an exhibition debuting new work by five of the UK’s rising stars in contemporary applied arts.

In keeping with its goal of supporting early career artists, client Jerwood Charitable Foundation awarded each of the five artists £7,500 at the end of 2015 to realise their new projects, in many ways their most ambitious works to date.

The team successfully arranged preview opportunities in Elle Deco and on Disegno, Time Out and Apollo amongst others, whilst London Live reported from the preview which was followed up by a piece in the Evening Standard.

The free exhibition is a great opportunity to see amazing new work by ceramicists Ian McIntyre, Malene Hartmann Rasmussen and Zachary Eastwood-Bloom, mixed media artist Jasleen Kaur and design duo Silo Studio. Just a short walk away at Jerwood Space, 131 Union Street, it is well worth a visit.
