Four boosts travel & tourism practice

Three new appointments to support growth 1 August 2007 Four Communications today announced three new appointments to its travel & tourism PR team, in a move to bolster the division further following significant new business growth. Natalie Amos joins as an account director after four years at McCluskey International where she managed campaigns for clients including the Jamaica Tourist Board, Maldives Tourism Promotion Board & Kimpton Hotels. Before that, Natalie worked at Conde Nast Traveller. Monica Barten joins as an account manager from The Saltmarsh Partnership, with a background in Caribbean and Far East destination PR and representation services. Prior to joining The Saltmash Partnership, Monica was based in Sydney as a press officer for Tourism Victoria. Rebecca Leach joins as an account executive from KTA, another specialist travel PR agency, where she worked across tourist board and hotel clients. The new appointments form part of the nine-strong travel PR division within Four, reporting to Head of Travel PR Lis Griffiths. All three join Four in July 2007, and will be working across the team's existing client portfolio which includes bmi, Club Med, Scandinavian Airlines, Nakheel and The Celtic Manor Resort.
