Four bgb appoints new sales and marketing head to deliver integrated travel solutions

Leading UK travel communications expert Four bgb has appointed Rob Wilson as head of sales and marketing for travel and tourism to respond to an increasing demand for integrated marketing solutions.

Rob Wilson is an experienced travel industry marketer with twenty years’ experience having worked for companies including the US tour operator TWA Getaway Vacations, Suncars and Flight Connections, the trade flight arm of ITC Classics. Rob has also held the role of brand development manager for First Choice Holidays where he focused on new market and product development, specialist sectors, route development and brand integration.

Rob joins Four bgb from Hills Balfour where he spent nine years advising and implementing leisure and meetings, incentive, convention and events (MICE) marketing strategies for clients such as New York City, Dubai, Mauritius, Texas, Hawaii and Catalonia tourism or convention bureaus.

Four bgb handles sales and marketing for clients ranging from South Tyrol in Italy, to St Vincent and the Grenadines in the Caribbean. The 25-strong Four bgb dedicated travel team are part of the independent and integrated agency Four Communications which includes media buying, digital design and marketing, public affairs, SEO, social media and luxury, culture, corporate, arts and sports communications experts. The company also has offices in Dubai, Abu Dhabi and Oman and is a founder member of an independent agency network of like-minded travel communications specialists with offices around the world from China to Brazil and USA to Australia.
