Cheval Residences appoints Four bgb to handle the PR of its new launch

Luxury serviced apartment group Cheval Residences has appointed Four bgb to handle its PR in the UK following a successful pitch process. Four bgb will be launching the opening of a major new luxury development Cheval Three Quays, due to open in London in March next year.

Cheval Three Quays is a striking development situated directly next to The Tower of London. It will include 159 serviced and residential luxury apartments and penthouses, many with unrivalled views across the Thames towards Tower Bridge and City Hall. Developed and styled by leading architects and interior designers, Cheval Three Quays will boast a prominent water feature by William Pye, the renowned water sculptor, and artwork by Barnaby Gorton.

Dean Madge, General Manager of Cheval Three Quays and Cheval Calico House said: “As we look to expand Cheval Residences portfolio in the UK and with the launch of our seventh property Cheval Three Quays in the spring of 2014, it was important for us to choose an agency that not only understands the luxury serviced apartment industry but can also deliver wider results, particularly in the travel and lifestyle media. Four bgb has a great luxury heritage, and the team’s presentation showed a real understanding of the Cheval Residences brand. The team also impressed us with their variety of creative yet deliverable ideas, which we are looking forward to implementing.”

Debbie Hindle, Four bgb managing director said; “Cheval Three Quays offers exceptional luxury, space and value compared to a five-star hotel.  Our launch campaign will target national, international and specialist media to raise awareness of this exceptional property for both business and leisure travellers.”

Cheval Residences offers exquisitely designed stylish serviced apartments at seven centrally located London residences. Guests are able to experience the comfort of a ‘home environment’, whether it’s for a one night stay or an extended-stay rental period for several months, ensuring guests receive 5 star service and management rarely seen outside some of London’s most prestigious hotels.
