The Four Communications’ Chinatown team has been very busy this past week securing sheep-fever for Chinese New Year.
The team has unleashed Shaolin Kung Fu masters live on Sunday Brunch, unveiled Aardman’s Shaun the Sheep in Chinatown, produced a celebrity shoot with Time Out and even had a royal visit from HRH Prince of Wales and the Duchess of Cornwall who perfected their dumpling skills.
The New Year festivities take place this Sunday stretching from Trafalgar Square through to Chinatown, with Chinese cuisine, giant dragon floats and lion dances from 10-6pm. Look out for live broadcasts still to come on London Live, BBC Worldwide News, London Tonight and an in-depth BBC1 documentary, ‘My Chinese New Year’ to air on 1 March.
