A client since agency conception, St George PLC is one of the UK’s premiere New Homes developers with a range of residential and commercial schemes across London.

In Imperial Wharf, St George has created one of London’s largest residential communities bringing the whole waterside aspect of its location, adjacent to Chelsea Harbour, to life.

Objective

To promote the regeneration of Londons largest mixed use 32 acre development and  the full range of properties available at Imperial Wharf from studios to Penthouses as well as the commercial elements (shops and restaurants) of the development, establishing Imperial Wharf as a leading community.

Solution

 Implementation and ongoing management of media campaigns delivering the most suitable and responsive media selection for all elements of the development: residential and commercial alike.  Additionally, bespoke campaigns for launches and events such as the annual Jazz Festival which is now one of the most popular events of its kind in the annual London Jazz calendar, attracting performers such as Ruby Turner.

Imperial Wharf has been a flagship dev for St George plc, winning numerous prestigious awards, and established the area as one of the places to live within Central London.
