Chesterton (established 1805) is now one of the four top London premier estate agents within the UK. Chesterton also have an International development arm offering International property sales worldwide as well as an International network.
Objective
Under new management, Chesterton required an agency and property marketing specialist to re-launch their brand and re-establish credibility to London's elite residential purchasers. At the same time, they required an agency to centralise all of their media buying across their Estate Agency and International departments, advise on their media and marketing strategy and to strengthen their brand across their UK and International networks.
Solution
Four identified core AB publications that would ensure credibility and brand endorsement via a mix of on and off line advertising, with full page colour advertising within National press identified as having a key role to play.
The regional press schedule was rationalised to only include those publications that could offer credible ROI.
New marketing initiatives were established to launch additional branches creating stand out with non traditional media routes.
Result
Chesterton reaffirmed its position amongst London’s estate agent elite. Established a prominent International sales consultancy business, a network of European offices and an expansion plan within the UK with the new flagship office situated in London’s prime Westminster area.
