The Zubair Corporation represents over 10 international automotive brands in Oman ranging from Audi, Volkswagen and Mitsubishi and is a name that is associated with quality and reliability.
Objective
Zubair Automotive wanted to extend its quality philosophy further, and create a customer care offering. Though its dealerships and service centres there was a need to bring its customers closer and attract local residents into its dealerships, creating a central hub for automotive lovers and general public alike.
Solution
A unique coffee shop brand was developed - Café Torque. A solution that would bring automotive lovers and the general public together, while at the same time extending and enhancing Zubair’s customer care services.
Result
Four has created the overall brand its values and guidelines , from the café concept itself, to print collateral to outdoor signage and vehicle livery. The guidelines even extend into staff etiquette – like meeting and greeting to order taking.
Café Torque has been rolled out to three locations in Oman in Q4 2008, with another 15 to 20 outlets in the pipeline for 2009.
