Account coordinator - Four Health

Requirements

  • Recently completed PR / Health / Science degree
  • Some PR/media experience as advantage

Qualification needed

Qualified to degree level, ideally in a science discipline

Package

  • Full time (37.5 hours) 9.00 am to 5.30 pm Monday to Friday with a flexible one hour for lunch (permanent subject to 3 month probationary period)

Role

Functional

  • Media monitoring
  • Prepare cuttings for clients, i.e. mounting and binding
  • Development and preparation of coverage reports
  • Research venues for events
  • Internet and telephone research, e.g. investigating patient / professional groups
  • Assist with event administration, e.g. preparation of name badges, event bibles
  • Develop and manage media lists including the use of Gorkana
  • Book travel arrangements including taxis and couriers when required by the team
  • Development of client status reports
  • Management of account expenses

Organisational

  • Assist with new business research when required 
  • Actively participate in designated Four Health Communications activities, e.g. operational and knowledge hubs as appropriate
  • Contribute towards the development of administration systems
  • Any other duties as agreed
