October saw the publication of The Best Bear in All the World, a new official sequel to mark the 90th anniversary of A.A. Milne's classic story about Britain's favourite bear. Four Colman Getty worked closely with Egmont Publishing to announce the arrival of a new fictional character – Penguin – in the Hundred Acre Wood.
The news about the new character gained international pick-up, with the first extract appearing in the Sunday Telegraph alongside a news story and front cover of the paper’s Living supplement. The news was covered across BBC Radio 4 and World Service, as well as commercial radio including Classic FM. The wider story has been covered internationally with pick-up from Huffington Post to TIME. Pre-orders of the book on Amazon went up 72,000% overnight.
