Last year, 8.5 million people travelled on the River Thames…
Four Colman Getty is currently working with Totally Thames to launch the festival on Monday which runs until the end of September.
Delivered by the team behind the Mayor’s Thames Festival, this inaugural programme will feature activity across all 17 London riverside boroughs, including: arts, music and community festivals; colourful regattas; thrilling river races and a wealth of archaeological, environmental and educational activities. There are over 100 events celebrating London’s River including a surprise installation from Florentijn Hofman, whose giant Rubber Duck became world famous after gracing waterways around the world.
Four Colman Getty has been hard at work setting up fantastic coverage, including this week’s Time Out front page; Four Colman Getty’s Rosie Beaumont-Thomas has been a part-time resident in the Totally Thames offices in the run up to the launch.
You may have already seen some of the hype along the River but please do keep an eye out throughout the month for all the fantastic events and installations.
