ILM Valentine’s Day

Love was in the air for Four Colman Getty’s Campaigning team this Valentine’s Day. The team led a PR survey of members of the Institute of Leadership & Management (ILM) to find out whether love could still be found in the modern workplace. Launched during the season of love, the poll found that more than 2 in 5 workers have had an office romance – and 27% of office romances end in marriage!

The Campaigning team developed a news story which they shared across the UK national, regional and trade media. Media outlets were feeling the love, and the story received national coverage in The IndependentDaily Mail and The Sun, as well as a special feature on Good Morning Britain.

Business titles including City AM and People Management also ran the story, whilst BBC News Channel also fell for ILM’s take on office courtship, featuring an interview with ILM Senior Adviser Kate Cooper on World Business Report.
