Four bgb wins second show for Clarion

Four bgb has been called in to promote a second travel show for events business Clarion.

The agency, which handles the annual ‘The Caravan & Motorhome Show’, has secured an additional project to promote Clarion’s ‘Destinations: The Travel Show’, which runs in partnership with The Times. 

The campaign, running from October 2012 to February 2013 will see the Four bgb team promoting both ‘The Caravan & Motorhome Show’, Manchester, and ‘Destinations: The Travel Show’ in both Manchester and London, all taking place in early 2013. 

The win was secured through a competitive pitch led by Four bgb MD Debbie Hindle.

The Caravan & Motorhome Show, which was held in Manchester in January 2012, attracted 31,489 visitors over four days, a 42% increase on visitor numbers from the previous year. 

Following the event, Show Director Sam North said: ‘We were extremely pleased with the response to our expanded show and new Manchester venue, and the PR campaign executed by Four played its part in attracting new visitors.’
